A New Member Of The Family

Meet Lappycakes, my new 12-inch HP tablet laptop.
The best part about Lappycakes is that I can do all my JSTOR research on him while sitting on the couch, in a coffee shop, in the library, on the subway, wherever. I'm training him to recognize my chicken scratch handwriting so that I can write directly on the tablet surface and have it translated to text.
To celebrate the new addition, Pete and I also got a wireless router which is allowing me to write this right now while Pete is buying things through the Wii. I am encouraging him to buy Super Mario 3. The future is now, and yet I want a 15-year-old game. Irony.

Seriously, I'd so buy an e-book reader if it were to connect to JSTOR and Project Muse. Like, even for $400.
