Previously, I mentioned that one of my favourite things to bake is zucchini bread or, more commonly, zucchini muffins. Today I finally perfected my version: fancy whole wheat flour, olive oil, sultanas, chopped walnuts, wayyy more nutmeg than is recommended, and garnished with a large walnut piece on top.
