Indiana Jones IV: Excitement and Disappointment
Things I feel after watching the new teaser trailer for Kingdom of the Crystal Skull:
Excitement:
- Woo hoo, the fourth instalment is getting closer every day!
- Harrison Ford is still hot.
- The return of Marion Ravenwood.
- Fight scene in the warehouse of confidential government crates? Holy god, yes please.
Disappointment:
- Looks like your typical Spielberg/Lucas adventure, but in a bad way.
- Crappy one-liners.
- Shia LeBeouf.
- Umm, where is Sallah?
- How many jokes about Indy being "too old for this shit" will it take for the movie to degrade into Lethal Weapon?
And from the livejournal archives, a reminder of that time that I played Indiana Jones for the whole summer of 2006...
