"Oh Hi, This Is The Universe Calling To Freak You Out"
The most freaky thing just happened.
I was on the phone* with my good friend Ashley, whose name is not Ashley Arms but is close enough to Ashley Arms that I entered her name into my phone under that name instead of her full name. Suddenly, I got beeped by call waiting, which is odd in itself since I rarely get phone calls (e-mail is my primary mode of communication). I switched to the other line, only to hear the person on the other end say, "Oh, sorry, I think I have the wrong number" and hang up. So I took the phone away from my ear to switch back to Ashley, and saw on my phone screen:
Seriously? What are the odds that I get a phone call from Ashley Armsesy (is that even a real name?) while I'm on the phone with Ashley Arms?
Obviously the phone call was coming from Bizarro World, where up is down and left is right and people with names exactly like your friend call you four minutes after your friend calls you.
*Yes, I am aware that my phone is basically the shittiest phone on the market. I do not keep up with phone technologies.
