Soup of the Ages!

Fact #1: I’m really good at making soup.
Fact #2: I’m really good at cooking Pan-Asian cuisine.
Fact #1 + Fact #2 = Fact #3: My best soup is this Thai Tom Yum-inspired bowl of deliciousness. I’d share the recipe, except there really isn’t one. I can tell you that it contains chicken, onions, broccoli, ginger, red peppers, garlic, organic chicken broth, Tom Yum paste, rice noodles, scallions, bean sprouts, coriander, fish sauce, fresh lime, sambal, sesame oil, and black pepper though. Tom YUM!
