I love butchering chickens and turkeys, and I’m really good at it! Sorry, vegetarians!

I used Julia Child’s roast chicken recipe via Foodwishes.com.

Me too! I love roasting them and then carving it to bits. I guess because it reminds me of Thanksgiving and Christmas, happy holiday fun times.

I’m going to try that recipe! Any other faves you care to share?

For chicken? I never used a recipe before this one, actually! Usually just rub chicken with stuff, insert in oven until done. But stuffing the inside of this one with lemons was really cool!
